Cloverleaf Standardbred Owners' Association, Inc. is a non-profit, formed in 1960. Its membership consist of owners, trainers, drivers, grooms, and other interested parties involved in the standardbred racing industry in Maryland.
C.S.O.A., Inc. is the parent company of Cloverleaf Enterprises, Inc. which owns and operates Rosecroft Raceway.
C.S.O.A., Inc. is recognized by the State of Maryland as the official organization representing the owners, trainers, drivers, and grooms in matters dealing with the Maryland Racing Commission.
C.S.O.A., Inc. exists for the purpose of promoting the sport of harness racing through benefits provided to the owners, trainers, drivers, and grooms in the harness racing industry.
